Served in various capacities within the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ). Was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Rhode Island. Began his professional career as an attorney with the law firm now known as Locke Lord, where he practiced in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and general corporate law. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, his J.D. from Wake Forest University and his B.B.A. from Texas Christian University.

Ted joined Everwatch as Chief Investment Officer in April 2016. Prior to joining Everwatch, Ted was the Chief Investment Officer of ROCH Capital, a single family office in the greater Philadelphia area. From 2008 to 2013, Ted was Global Head of Alternative Investments for SEI Investment Company in Oaks, Pennsylvania. Ted also held senior-level portfolio management positions in global macroeconomic trading and quantitative strategies for a number of leading hedge funds and institutional asset management firms including Millennium Partners in New York, Rubicon Fund Management in London, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in the United Arab Emirates. Ted pursued a PhD in Finance with the EDHEC-Risk Institute and holds a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell. Ted holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charter. He is a member of the Andover Development Board and sits on the Future of the Endowment Committee for his alma mater, Phillips Andover Academy.
Rodney Lumpkin

Rodney joined EverWatch as Director of Private Markets in April 2022. Prior to joining EverWatch, Rodney was a Managing Director on the Alternative Investments team for SEI’s Investment Management Unit where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s private equity, real estate, and real assets initiatives. During his time at SEI, Rodney built the firm’s private assets platform and managed the team that ultimately oversaw $5.0 billion in assets across a wide variety of illiquid strategies and managers.
Before joining SEI in 2009, Rodney was a manager in the advisory unit of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in financial analysis, modeling the impacts of strategic business decisions, and operational planning. Previously, Rodney spent several years building the private equity program at Hirtle, Callaghan and Co., where his responsibilities spanned all sub-classes of private assets. His duties included sourcing investments, performing due diligence, making investment recommendations, monitoring holdings, and developing and managing all back-office operations.
Rodney earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Georgia and his Master of Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He is a CFA charterholder and has over 20 years of experience in the areas of financial model development, as well as industry, company, and financial security analysis.

Tom joined EverWatch as an Investment Associate in May 2022. Prior to joining EverWatch, Tom was a Senior Analyst on SEI’s Alternative Investments team where he worked on Private Assets Strategies, which spanned all sub-classes of private assets, including private equity, real estate, and real assets. His duties included sourcing investments, performing due diligence, making investment recommendations, monitoring holdings, and managing cash flows. During his tenure on the Private Assets team, SEI’s private assets platform experienced growth from $200 million to $5 billion in assets across a wide variety of illiquid strategies and managers.
Before joining SEI’s Private Assets team in 2014, Tom was an Alternative Investments Data Analyst, where he was responsible for maintaining and analyzing large datasets relating to performance, attribution, exposures and risk factors for various alternative investments vehicles. Previously, Tom spent several years as a fund accountant where he was responsible for pricing and maintaining accounting records for hedge fund and private equity holdings.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Shippensburg University and has 15 years of experience in alternative investments, including accounting, as well as financial, industry and security analysis to support investment initiatives and portfolio development.
Mary K. Courtney-O'Sullivan

Mary joined the EverWatch group of companies as Chief Financial Officer in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in the private equity industry. Prior to joining EverWatch, Mary was the Founder and Managing Partner of MCOS Financial Solutions LLC, a boutique CFO consulting firm specializing in working with private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. Prior to launching MCOS, Mary was the VP of Finance at Advent International, a global private equity firm, for over 20 years. Through her tenure there, she served in financial roles in both Fund Administration and the Management Company, where her responsibilities included management of global finance and administration matters, implementation of a global ERP system and other ancillary systems, and a focus on building/enhancing best practices. Mary also held positions at The Bank of New York Mellon, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, serving clients in the real estate and financial services industries.
Mary received a BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College; and earned an MS in Taxation, with distinction, from Bentley University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management accountant, and a Certified Financial Planner.
Mary is an active member of the Private Equity CFO Association, Women’s Association of Venture & Equity, Financial Executives Alliance, Women in Alternative Assets, The CFO Leadership Council, and the Treasurer’s Club of Boston.

Prior to State Street, he held several accounting-related positions and has over twenty years of experience. Frank is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations for both EverWatch Financial and EverWatch Capital. Frank received his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Frohman Anderson

Frohman is Co-Founder of the EverWatch group of companies and is the Co-CEO of EverWatch. From 2002 to 2013, Frohman was a General Partner of Champlain Capital Partners, L.P., a $140 million buyout fund. Prior to Champlain Capital Partners, Frohman was Vice President of Strategic Planning and Technology at Princess House, Inc., a direct-sales consumer products company, where he developed and implemented growth strategies and industry-leading IT solutions for a 12,000 person sales force. Prior to Princess House, Frohman was President of FCA Enterprises where he consulted several businesses, including raising and investing capital, and sourcing strategic acquisitions. In 1996, Frohman founded Inergy Online, a pioneering Internet services business, which he sold in 1998. From 1992 to 1996, Frohman was General Manager of Heart and Home, a direct-sales company with manufacturing and national retail distribution. From 1984 to 1992, Frohman worked for Cookson PLC, an industrial materials holding company, and was involved with many aspects of the company’s 100+ acquisitions and growth programs. Frohman received a B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College. Frohman currently serves on the boards of several private businesses. He is a director of The Collis Foundation.

Prior to joining EverWatch, Joe was the CFO of Charles River Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in Communications & Technology, Enterprise Software & Services, and Media & Entertainment, where he was responsible for the firm’s financial, operational and administrative functions. Prior to Charles River Ventures, Joe was the CFO of M/C Venture Partners, a Boston-based venture capital firm specializing in early-stage telecommunications and telecom-related IT investments. While at M/C Venture Partners, he served on the board of directors of Chestnut Venture Partners L.P., a licensee of the Small Business Administration’s SBIC program. Joe is a member of the Private Equity CFO Association. He received his M.B.A from Northeastern University and his B.S. in Finance and Investments from Babson College.

Astrid joined EverWatch in 2012 as a Director and the General Counsel. Astrid oversees operations, including legal, philanthropy and administration. From 2005 to present, Astrid has served as the Executive Director of The Collis Foundation, a family foundation that focuses on education and basic human service needs. Astrid received her J.D. and M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and her B.A. in English from Dartmouth College.
